About the Lawsuit

MOL Global and certain of its executives are charged with failing to disclose material information in connection with the IPO and during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

Less than two months after the IPO, on November 20, 2014, MOL Global announced that the Company has rescheduled the date it plans to release its third quarter 2014 financial results to December 3, 2014. MOL Global also announced that its Chief Financial Officer, who joined MOL Global in August 2014, has tendered his resignation, effective immediately.

On this news, the price of MOL Global's shares plummeted by more than 60% from the IPO price.
