London, (U.K.) and Maven Trading Ltd., London, (U.K.) notified us on 26
November 2014 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

(1) On 19 November 2014, Maven Securities Ltd., Birkirkara, (Malta) fell
below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Maven Securities Ltd, Birkirkara (Malta) held 0.19% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 263,461 voting rights. These voting rights
are completely attributed to Maven Securities Ltd, Birkirkara, (Malta)
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1. Name of controlled undertakings:
Maven Securities Limited owns 100 % of Maven Securities Holding Ltd (U.K.)
which owns 100% of Maven Trading Ltd (U.K.).

(2) On 19 November 2014, Maven Securities Holding Ltd., London, (U.K.) fell
below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Maven Securities Holding Ltd, London, (U.K.) held 0.19% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 263,461 voting rights. These voting
rights are completely attributed to Maven Securities Holding Ltd, London,
(U.K.) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1. Name of controlled
undertakings: Maven Securities Holding Ltd (U.K.) owns 100 % of Maven
Trading Ltd (U.K.).

(3) On 19 November 2014, Maven Trading Ltd., London, (U.K.) fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Maven Trading Ltd,
London, (U.K.) held 0.19% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising
from 263,461 voting rights. Of these voting rights a proportion of 0,19%
(equals 263,461 voting rights) is directly held by Maven Trading Ltd,
London, (U.K.).
