On 26 November 2014, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Jaunais Mežaparks to perform territory engineering preparation works for private house development area in Riga, Latvia.
The scope of works include the construction of a noise barrier, engineering networks, roads and landscaping of the territory. The private housing development area covers 30 hectares.
The contract value is EUR 4.1 million, plus value added tax. The works are to start in December 2014 and scheduled for completion in October 2015.
