New CEO
The Supervisory Board has appointed Jan Ulsø Madsen new member of the Bank’s Executive Board. The Executive Board of Vestjysk Bank will subsequently consist of CEO Jan Ulsø Madsen and Managing Director Michael Nelander Petersen.
Jan Ulsø Madsen is 54 years old and has since 2011 been Country Manager in BankNordik. Prior to this, Jan Ulsø Madsen had a career in Danske Bank Group where he has held a number of executive positions, including the position of Regional Manager of Danske Bank, Region Jutland East, in Aarhus.
The Supervisory Board has, in relation to appointing a new CEO, placed special emphasis on vast management experience, customer orientation and insight into credit management.
Jan Ulsø Madsen will assume his duties as CEO on 1 February 2015.
