according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on Schweizer Electronic AG, Schramberg, Germany, have fallen below
the 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 28, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 19.91% (this corresponds to 752720 Voting Rights).
Further declarartions:
15.25% of voting rights according to Section 21,22 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG - Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) are held by the notifying
party being member of the community of heirs of Gerhard Schweizer, which
