The total consolidated City Service revenue from continued operations for the nine months of 2014 was LTL 485.9 million (EUR 140,7 million), an increase by 36% over same period in 2013. Net profit from continued operations for the period amounted to LTL 15.9 million (EUR 4.6 million), EBITDA from continued operations was LTL 29.9 million (EUR 8.7 million), which is an increase by 19% and 2% accordingly.
Reorganization of part of the Group in Spain accordingly to Group’s standards with aim to increase operating profitability is ongoing. Also, we proceed actively with negotations for acquisition of residential facility management companies in Poland, Spain and Latvia, commented Jonas Janukėnas, General Director of City Service.
