Basware expands its relationship with major Finnish corporation in metal
industry providing e-invoicing services

Basware has expanded its e-invoicing agreement with a major Finnish corporation
in the metal industry. The services enable the customer to both send and receive
e-invoices. The value of the agreement is EUR 700,000 over three years. The
customer is currently using the services in 12 countries and now they will be
rolled out to additional countries.

"This long-term customer processes 800,000 invoices annually. Basware services
