Previously, Anand was Managing Director at a boutique firm where she developed and led a consultative Supply Chain and Procurement Practice, and was a member of the Finance and Accounting Practice. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Anand spent 18 years at PepsiCo in the Accounting and Global Procurement organizations where she most recently served as Vice President, World-Wide Sweeteners and Other Beverage Ingredients. Her leadership experience spans commodities, ingredients, packaging and indirect categories on a global basis. Prior to PepsiCo, Anand was an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where she led engagements in the financial services, manufacturing and utilities industries. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
