Notification pursuant to sec 26 para 1 WpHG

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, Goldman Sachs
Asset Management International, London, United Kingdom and GS INVESTMENT
STRATEGIES, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA notified us pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG of the following:

1) On 24 January 2014 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, The Goldman
Sachs Group, Inc. held 3.02% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,167,889 voting rights. Of these voting
rights a proportion of 3.02% (equals 4,167,889 voting rights) is attributed
to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Furthermore a proportion of 0.01% (equals
18,303 voting rights) is attributed to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1.

2) Correction of the notification of 23 April 2014 (published on 28 April
2014):
On 05 February 2014 Goldman Sachs Asset Management International exceeded
the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, Goldman Sachs Asset Management International held
3.32% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from
4,583,649 voting rights. Of these voting rights a proportion of 3.32%
(equals 4,583,649 voting rights) is attributed to Goldman Sachs Asset
Management International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6

3) On 05 February 2014 GS INVESTMENT STRATEGIES, LLC exceeded the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, GS
INVESTMENT STRATEGIES, LLC held 3.31% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,578,530 voting rights. Of these voting
rights a proportion of 3.31% (equals 4,578,530 voting rights) is attributed
to the GS INVESTMENT STRATEGIES, LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6.

4) On 19 November 2014 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. fell below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. held 0.57% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 794,782 voting rights. Of
these voting rights a proportion of 0.53% (equals 728,824 voting rights) is
attributed to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Furthermore a proportion of
0.06% (equals 84,261 voting rights) is attributed to The Goldman Sachs
Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1.

5) On 19 November 2014 GS INVESTMENT STRATEGIES, LLC fell below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
GS INVESTMENT STRATEGIES, LLC held 0.00% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 0 voting rights.

6) On 19 November 2014 Goldman Sachs Asset Management International fell
below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, Goldman Sachs Asset Management International held
0.14% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from
187,918 voting rights. Of these voting rights a proportion of 0.14% (equals
187,918 voting rights) is attributed to Goldman Sachs Asset Management
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6.
