is itself wholly owned by TAM UK Holdings Ltd, which is itself wholly owned by
Threadneedle Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle
Asset Management Holdings SARL, which is itself wholly owned by Ameriprise

Columbia Wanger Asset Management, LLC and Threadneedle Asset Management Ltd each
manage client accounts which hold, or held prior to 1 December 2014, shares of
Vacon. On 1 December 2014, the combined direct and indirect shareholding of
Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and entities controlled by it has decreased below the
threshold of 5 per cent of Vacon's shares and voting rights.

Vacon Plc has a total of 30,590,000 shares. The company has only one class of
shares and each share entitles to one vote.
