Superior Expansion Rounds Out the Fourth Quarter of an Explosive 2014

MELVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2014) -  Superior Expansion Enterprises is a Long Island, NY-based marketing firm that is benefiting from continued success with its established retail program. 2013 was a record breaking year for Superior Expansion Enterprises and 2014 has far surpassed their projected growth. Going into the first quarter of 2015, new partnerships, meetings, promotions and expansion are definitely on the horizon for Superior Expansion Enterprises.

Just coming back from their bi-annual management training meeting in Dallas, TX, Superior Expansion Enterprises is prepared to finish the year strong. The conference introduced new clients and partnerships as well as recognized the numerous accomplishments of the top performing managers and offices. For Superior Expansion Enterprises Manager Amanda, "the management meeting highlights top performing managers speaking on various topics. Amanda said, "The purpose of the meeting is not only informative, but it's also an opportunity for us as a company to highlight the accomplishments of others." 

Amanda, the manager of Superior Expansion Enterprises, comes from a background of sports including basketball and football. As an avid fan of both the 49ers and the Ravens, Amanda understands the importance of teamwork as well as competition. Amanda graduated from the University of California Irvine with a bachelor of arts in French literature. She joined the company shortly after graduation in the Orlando office and within a week was promoted into an Account Manager position. After only 3 months Amanda traveled to Gainesville, FL to help with a new expansion. With hard work and dedication Amanda was promoted to Branch Manager and has been running the Long Island office since October of 2013. When asked about the Manager in Training position Amanda stated, "The MIT position taught me leadership skills, coaching and developing others, the importance of a student mentality and networking skills."

With all of the new clients and expansion, Superior Expansion Enterprises believes in investing in its people to develop them into successful branch managers. In November the company sent its management staff to their yearly vacation, which was set this year in Mexico. "It is a way of saying thank you and good job for a great year and included awards for those that shined in 2014," states Amanda.
