Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-12-03 17:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Service terminated negotiations on acquisition of 100% of UAB Rolvika shares, having reached no agreement on acquisition terms.
In July, 2014, the application for authorization of transaction was submitted to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania. The end of negotiation and signing of share purchase – sale agreement was planned afterwards. Though the authorization for acquisition was gained, procedures were not finalized.
