Elemica Focus Group Meeting -- Prioritizing Corporate Supply Chain Initiatives

Facilitated by Supply Chain Analyst, Lora Cecere, Founder of Supply Chain Insights

EXTON, PA--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2014) - Elemica, the leading Supply Chain Operating Network provider for the process industries, is sponsoring a Focus Group on "Prioritizing Corporate Supply Chain Initiatives" on January 27, 2015, facilitated by Lora Cecere, founder and CEO of Supply Chain Insights. The Focus Group will address a number of topics of interest for supply chain executives, including supply chain visibility and agility, outside-in customer centric capabilities, and B2B Social Collaboration. Participants will learn how to uncover the greatest value from their supply chains and see how they measure up compared to industry peers.

"The focus group will give participants exclusive insights into initiatives being deployed by leading companies to build the supply chains of tomorrow," said Ed Rusch, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Elemica. "Lora Cecere is an exceptional facilitator and she will be using her supply chain research conducted for the process industries to frame meaningful discussion. I'm confident that attendees who come and actively participate will learn new and actionable strategies to help create more agile, outside-in, supply chain networks."

Lora Cecere will reveal the results of a 6-month research survey, which examined how companies are creating innovation and agility within their supply chain. The survey targeted manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and co-ops in the process industries with participants from supply chain executives, IT executives, business unit leadership, and corporate social responsibility roles. Insights into how process industries rate their capabilities in the following areas will be discussed: Supply Chain Visibility, Supply Chain Business Networks, Outside-in Supply Chains, Supply Chain Automation, Supply Chain Risk, and Supply Chain Talent.

The Elemica Focus Group will take place in Philadelphia at the Chemical Heritage Foundation on January 27, 2015, starting at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. To apply for participation in the event, visit: http://www.elemica.com/application-focus-group-prioritizing-corporate-supply-chain-initiatives/.
