Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Royal Unibrew A/S hereby announce that it has received information that Hartwall Capital Oy Ab through its 100% owned subsidiary, HC Royal Holding Oy Ab, has increased its holding of shares in Royal Unibrew A/S.
Hartwall Capital Oy Ab thereby holds more than 10% of Royal Unibrew A/S’ share capital and votes.
