The real estate company Tribona AB (publ) is selling the property Saltängen 1 in Västerås for a property value of SEK 1,075 million. The property consists of approximately 104,000 m² and is fully let to ICA Fastigheter Sverige AB. From the property value will be deducted decided yet unexecuted investments. The deal will result in a realized loss of about 55 million, compared with book value per Q3 2014.
Buyer is Saltängen Property Invest AB, a company formed and structured by Pareto Securities AB. The buyer is owned by a number of institutional and private investors. The transaction is conducted as a corporate business and the withdrawal as well as the payment is scheduled for December 19 2014.

After the sale of Saltängen 1, ICA will still be a big and important customer.
