Tribona has, via company, aquired a logistics property in Halmstad with a property value of SEK 38m.
The property Halmstad Fräsaren 12 is located near E6 and has a lettable area of 4 603 sq.m. In connection with the acquisition have been agreed and the lease signed for an extension of 829 square meters, which will take place in 2015. The property is fully leased with a 10-year lease. The property's area is about 34,000 square meters with the possibility of further extension.
Access is scheduled to take place December 18, 2014 when also the purchase price will be paid.
