CORRECTION: AB Amber Grid operating results and unaudited condensed financial statements of for 9 months of 2014

The new column called “For the period of three months ended 30 September 2013 (unaudited)” was inserted into the profit (loss) statement, all the other figures remained the same. The company actually operates since 1 August 2013, so the profit (loss) statement of 2013 III quarter matches with 9 months data.

The results of AB Amber Grid for the 9 months of 2014 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards:

• Sales for the 9 months of 2014 – LTL 126.9 million (EUR 36.7 million);

• Profit before tax for the 9 months of 2014 – LTL 12.9 million (EUR 3.7 million);

• Net profit for the 9 months of 2014 – LTL 14.6 million (EUR 4.2 million).

AB Amber Grid releases unaudited condensed financial statements of the 9 months of 2014 prepared according to International financial reporting standards.
