Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 11 March 2015 at 10.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on. Shareholders, who request a certain issue to be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors of Componenta latest on 13 January 2015.
