On December 3, 2014, UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, notified us
according to article 21 section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) and to article 22, section 1, sentence 1
no. 1 of the WpHG as follows:

On November 28, 2014, the stake of UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, in
the voting rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Kurfürsten-Anlage
52-60, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % and the
amount of voting rights held was 3.36 % (8,639,772 voting rights).

At the same time UBS Group AG has informed us, that 3.36 % (8,639,772
ordinary shares) of all voting rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG
were attributed according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1 no. 1 of the
WpHG.

Name of controlled undertaking holding 3 % or more: UBS AG.
