Board of AS „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA” announces that SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” has acquired a significant participation.
On 5 December 2014 SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING”, whose sole shareholder is Helēna Livšica, acquired 302 109 shares of AS „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”. By the conclusion of this transaction, SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” already owned 217 900 shares or 32.87%. Thus along with the conclusion of this transaction SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” owns more than 50% of voting rights in AS „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”, that is, SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” owns 520 009 or 78.43% shares of AS „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”.
On 8 December 2014 SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” acquired 30 413 shares more, as a result for the moment of preparation of this announcement SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” owns 550 422 shares, which constitutes 83.02% of the total amount of the share capital of AS „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”.
Taking into account the transactions carried out on 5 December 2014, SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING”, which is controlled by Helēna Livšica, is preparing documents, as well as taking other necessary steps for expression of mandatory redemption offer according to the procedure and terms prescribed by Financial Instrument Market Law.
