Alytus, Lithuania, 2014-12-09 16:29 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 9 December 2014 Company group ALITA AB received the notification of FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius on the disposal of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 5%, the reason for crossing the threshold – transfer of shares of the company according to Share Sale-Purchase Agreements, on 25 September 2014 concluded by FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius with UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” (date of completion of the transaction – 5 December 2014).
