Alytus, Lithuania, 2014-12-09 16:53 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 9 December 2014 Company group ALITA AB received the notification of UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 95%, the reason for crossing the threshold – the acquisition of shares of the company according to Share Sale-Purchase Agreements, on 25 September 2014 concluded by UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” and the shareholders of the company: FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius (date of completion of the transaction – 5 December 2014).
