On 9 December 2014 ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB received the notification of UAB „MINERALINIAI VANDENYS“ on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed – 75%, the reason for crossing the threshold – the acquisition of shares of the legal entity controlling ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB - Company group ALITA, AB according to Share Sale-Purchase Agreements, on 25 September 2014 concluded by UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” and the shareholders of Company group ALITA, AB: FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius (date of completion of the transaction – 5 December 2014).
