HD Supply Holdings, Inc. Announces Sale of 40,661,072 Shares of Common Stock by Selling Stockholders

(Nasdaq:HDS) (the "Company"), the indirect parent of HD Supply, Inc., announced today the sale of an aggregate of 40,661,072 shares of the Company's common stock by certain of the Company's stockholders, including investment funds associated with The Carlyle Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and THD Holdings, LLC (collectively, the "Selling Stockholders") to Barclays Capital Inc., as the underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.
