Additional information regarding Precise Biometrics license agreement with Synaptics

The license agreement Precise Biometrics has signed with Synaptics includes a
limited fixed fee for the right to use Precise BioMatch™ Mobile, which will
impact the fourth quarter 2014. Other revenues are royalties based on Synaptics
use of Precise BioMatch Mobile, which cannot be forecasted right now, but could
potentially generate revenue during the first half of 2015.
