USHCC Congratulates Nina Vaca on Appointment to Cinemark, Inc. Board of Directors


WASHINGTON, Dec. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) congratulates Nina Vaca, USHCC Chairman Emeritus, on her appointment to the Cinemark Holdings, Inc., Board of Directors. Vaca, who currently serves as a director of Kohl's Corporation and Comerica Bank, is the first woman director of Cinemark.

Nina Vaca is the Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc., an award-winning information technology services provider to Fortune 500 companies. Under Vaca's leadership, Pinnacle has become one of the largest firms in its industry, with several thousand consultants across the United States and Canada and more than $650 million in annual revenues.
