The number of the Elektrobit Corporation's (EB) shares has increased through
share subscriptions pursuant to series 2008B-C stock options

A total of 86,044 new shares in Elektrobit Corporation (EB) were subscribed for
between October 29, 2014 and December 1, 2014, pursuant to series 2008B-C stock
options. The share subscription price, EUR 53,146.88 has been recorded in the
Company's invested non-restricted equity fund.

The corresponding increase in the number of the Company's shares has been
entered into the Finnish Trade Register on December 12, 2014. Shareholder rights
by virtue of the new shares commence as of the abovementioned registration entry
date. Trading with the newly registered shares will start on December 15, 2014
as an additional lot of Elektrobit Corporation's shares in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd. After the registration of the new shares, the number of shares in
Elektrobit Corporation's totals to 131,493,144.

Listing time schedule in 2015 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series
2008B stock options is as follows:

Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around February 10, 2015
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around April 15, 2015

Listing time schedule in 2015 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series
2008C stock options is as follows:

Shares subscribed by January 26, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around February 10, 2015
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around April 15, 2015
Shares subscribed by June 8, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around June 24, 2015
Shares subscribed by August 17, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around September 1, 2015
Shares subscribed by October 14, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around October 29, 2015
Shares subscribed by November 30, 2015 including this day, will be listed on or
around December 15, 2015

The share subscription period for stock options 2008B will end on March
31, 2015 and for stock options 2008C on March 31, 2016. The terms and conditions
