On 15 December 2014, the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, decided to extend the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Tiit Roben and the Members of the Management Board, Mr. Jaan Mäe and Mr. Veljo Viitmann for three years, i.e. from 1 January 2015 until 31 December 2017. The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Tiit Roben (The Chairman), Jaan Mäe, Veljo Viitmann and Alar Lagus.
The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to extend the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Mr. Andres Trink, Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mr. Teet Roopalu from 1 January 2015 until 31 December 2017. The Board appointed Mr. Toomas Aak as the new member of the Supervisory Board from 1 January 2015 until 31 December 2017. The former member, Mr. Taavi Ojala´s term ends on 31 December 2014. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Mr. Andres Trink (The Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik, Mr. Teet Roopalu and Mr. Toomas Aak.
According to the Articles of association of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Member of the Management and Supervisory Board is appointed for three years.
