NACD Promotes Peter R. Gleason to President


WASHINGTON, Dec. 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) today announced that it has promoted Peter R. Gleason to the role of president. Gleason will play an important role in helping NACD continue to advance exemplary board leadership in an increasingly complex environment.

Gleason will assume the president role effective January 1, 2015, and he will continue to report directly to Daly.
