Styrelsen för C-RAD AB (publ) (”C-RAD” eller ”Bolaget”) har upprättat ett tilläggsprospekt till det prospekt som offentliggjordes den 12 december 2014 med anledning av notering av Bolagets aktier på Nasdaq Stockholm. Tilläggsprospektet har upprättats med anledning av pressmeddelande som C-RAD offentliggjorde idag den 15 december 2014. Tilläggsprospektet har idag godkänts och registrerats av Finansinspektionen och finns tillgängligt på www.c-rad.com och på www.penser.se.
