UAB VAC is one of the companies controlled by the energy group Lietuvos Energija, UAB. The investment of AB Lietuvos Dujos made into UAB VAC is a part of its integration process into Lietuvos Energija, allowing the Company to adapt an effective corporate business model. Having become a shareholder of UAB VAC, AB Lietuvos Dujos will be able to centrally and cost-efficiently use the services of public procurement organization and execution, accounting and personnel administration, which are provided by UAB VAC to all group companies.
