notified us in the name and on behalf of the following company pursuant to
Section 21 (1) WpHG the following on 12 Dezember 2014:
The voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., in Deutsche
Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 10 December 2014 and
amounted to 2.96% (13,705,491 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, 1.69% (7,835,591 voting rights) are to be attributed to it
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG, 0.04% (169,176 voting
rights) pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 2 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG and 1.34% (6,195,591 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 (1) sent.
1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. Please note that the total amount
stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed
holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions
within the BlackRock group structure.
