COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Today, the Board of Directors resolved to distribute dividends to shareholders
according to authorisation under Article 5 of the Articles of Association of IC
Group A/S. Consequently, based on the Annual Report for the period ended 30
June 2014, total dividends of DKK 5.85 per share, corresponding to a total
amount of DKK 100 million, will be distributed.
Dividends will be distributed based on the shareholdings registered in the
securities account on 22 December 2014 which means that all transactions
executed by the close of business on 18 December 2014 will be cum dividend.
Dividends paid will be available to shareholders on 23 December 2014.
