The deal between Atria and Arla to move on to Swedish Competition Authority phase II
investigations
The Swedish Competition Authority has decided to commence phase two proceeding in a deal whereby Atria Sverige AB sells Falbygdens cheese business to Arla Foods AB. The Swedish Competition Authority has given its decision to commence phase two proceeding yesterday on 15th of December 2014.
