On 15 December 2014, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Infor Invest, have signed a contract to perform the design and construction works of a logistics centre, located at Vana-Narva 5B, Maardu, Estonia.
The logistic centre is mainly an one-storey and partly two-storey building with the total area of approximately 15 thousand square metres. In addition to the warehouse area, there are offices and other administration rooms for employees. The contract includes the design and built works, construction of roads and external networks within the property.
The value of the contract is approximately 6 million euros, plus value added tax. The design and building works will start in January 2015 and are scheduled to complete in February 2016.
