Tribona has signed a new long term lease agreement covering approximately 15 000 sq.m. in the property Kornmarksvej 1 in Copenhagen. Tenant is Nilfisk-Advance A/S.
The rental agreement starts immediately and continues to 2023-09-30. No investments will be made in connection with the lease. The rental value is approximately SEK 73m. The property is practically fully let after this lease.
”We have had a very great interest in the areas that became vacant in Copenhagen when DSV left the property in October 1, 2014. We are both pleased and proud to have been able to fill almost the entire property of approximately 47,000 sq.m. in good rental levels only three months after that DSV moved out”, says Per Johansson, CEO in a statement.
