Tribona AB (publ) acquires logistics property in Mölnlycke

Tribona has, via company, acquired a logistics property in Mölnlycke with a property value of approximately SEK 205m. Seller is Oriola AB.

The property Härryda Solsten 1:102 is a logistics property located in a great logistic location in Mölnlycke east of Gothenburg with a lettable area of 28 676 sq.m. Oriola AB leases 23 387 sq.m. on a 10-year lease agreement while other areas, mostly storage, is vacant as of today. On the property amounting to 127 996 sq.m., is significant potential in the form of new construction projects.

Access to the property and payment of the purchase price has been made.
