Malcolm will channel feedback from the UK and surrounding region on all technical and product needs, ensuring that the European ConnectWise partner community is enabled with the correct tools, platforms and best practices to be successful.
ConnectWise is also in the process of opening an office in downtown Sydney which will reinforce ConnectWise's commitment to the burgeoning IT markets in Australia and nearby New Zealand.
