Kotipizza Oyj's mother company Frankis Group Oyj (Frankis Group) has today
divested 55 Burger, Cola & Fries Oy (55 Burger), a company specialising in fast
food. 55 Burger was acquired by Jokes Family Oy, owner of the Rolls chain.

Jokes Family Oy, owner of the hamburger restaurant chain Rolls, has acquired 55
Burger. In the transaction 35 55 Burger, Cola & Fries restaurants will be
transferred to Jokes Family Oy. The restaurants are going to be rebranded as
Rolls restaurants by 1 April, 2015.

products", says Tommi Tervanen, CEO of Frankis Group.

"After the transaction, the Rolls chain will have 115 restaurants and we will
rise to a whole new level in the hamburger restaurant business. By co-operating
with Helsinki Foodstock we will have a major competitive advantage through
efficiency in supplies of Rolls restaurants", says Arto Virtakari, CEO of Jokes
Family Oy.
