Frankis Group Oyj sells 55 Burger, Cola & Fries restaurant chain to Rolls Kotipizza Oyj's mother company Frankis Group Oyj (Frankis Group) has today divested 55 Burger, Cola & Fries Oy (55 Burger), a company specialising in fast food. 55 Burger was acquired by Jokes Family Oy, owner of the Rolls chain. Jokes Family Oy, owner of the hamburger restaurant chain Rolls, has acquired 55 Burger. In the transaction 35 55 Burger, Cola & Fries restaurants will be transferred to Jokes Family Oy. The restaurants are going to be rebranded as Rolls restaurants by 1 April, 2015. "Selling 55 Burger supports Frankis Group's long-term strategy. After the transaction, logistic company Helsinki Foodstock, which is a part of Frankis Group, will be handling the logistics of the Rolls chain.
