Formpipe receives a supplementary order from a Danish authority regarding the product Digital Post by Formpipe and the development of an eGoverment solution. The order value amounts to SEK 8.9 million.

Digital Post by Formpipe is a good example of when we are able to generate added customer value by adding another of our existing products, in this case Lasernet, to an existing customer. Now we can easily and efficiently assist the public sector in Denmark to implement digital post and we see a strong potential in the product, says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.”
Digital Post by Formpipe will cover all the systems at the authority, and be used for communication between the authority and the citizens. A seamless integration between the Authority’s systems means that the users do not have to change their work routines. Formpipe’s solution automatically checks whether recipients will be able to receive digital post or not and adjusts the distribution form thereafter. The new solution combines Formpipe’s extensive experience within the areas of output management and eGovernment solutions.
From 1 November 2014 all citizens of Denmark, who is over 15 years and have a social security number, are able to receive digital post from the Authorities. Digital post means that information previously supplied as physical letters from municipalities, regions or authorities now can be delivered digitally.
The development of the eGoverment solution will extend an existing ECM solution from Formpipe and will be developed and released during 2015. Formpipe have previously developed several similar application solutions, with high volumes of applicants and can reuse its knowledge to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 0,4 million are recorded in fourth quarter of 2014, while associated revenue will be allocated throughout the implementation project.
