Offerer owns 550 422 (83,02%) of AS “Rīgas Farmaceitiskā fabrika” shares. Helēna Livšica owns 100% of SIA “CAPITAL HOLDING”.
- The price of one share in prospectus is set at: EUR 1.56
- The period of mandatory takeover bid 30 days starting on December 19, 2014.
