Due to expiry of term of office of Mr. Mart Altvee, the Council of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn AS decided on December 16, 2014, to elect Mr. Andrus Alber as the new member of the Listing and Surveillance Committee.
After the mentioned change, the Committee has eight members as follows:

Andrus Alber - Finora Capital OÜ, Chairman of the Management Board; Estonian Fiscal Council, Vice Chairman
Kristjan Hänni - AS Kawe Kapital, Member of the Management Board

Janno Luurmees - Bank of Estonia, Head of Financial Markets
Sven Papp - Raidla, Lejins & Norcous Law Office, Partner
Hannes Vallikivi - Tark Grunte Sutkiene Law Office, Partner
Tõnu Vanajuur - AS Danske Bank, Head of Corporate Banking
Duties of the Committee include listing, admission to trading and delisting of securities and, under the exchanges rules and regulations, surveillance over listed companies and member firms, including imposing sanctions.
