JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” informs that on the 17th of December, 2014 an application for the commercial pledge registration is signed and submitted for registration in favor of JSC “SEB banka” for the total value of EUR 54,15 Million.
The commercial pledge relates to an agreement between JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” and JSC “SEB banka” on refinancing JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” issued credit portfolio by JSC “Swedbank”. The purpose of this agreement is longer payment terms and lower average interest rate, which significantly improves the company’s cash flow. The new credit maturity term is 72 months.
JSC “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” plans to extinguish the commercial pledge in the period of six years – till December 2020.
