Financial reporting of Cleantech Invest Plc in 2015

Cleantech Invest Plc will publish in the year 2015 the following financial
reports:

  * financial statement bulletin for the period 1 January - 31 December 2014 on
    Monday, 30 March 2015
  * half-year report for the period 1 January - 30 June 2015 on Monday, 31
    August 2015.
Annual General Meeting is estimated to be held on 20 April 2015. The notice to
the Annual General Meeting will be published later on.
