On 22 December 2014 Šiaulių bankas AB signed an agreement with the European Investment Fund (EIB) regarding usage of EUR 20 million bank’s own funds for provision of preferential loans for the programme for renovation of multi-apartment buildings in Lithuania. The funds will be channeled through Holding Fund under the EIB management in cooperation with which the Government of the Republic of Lithuania is implementing an initiative JESSICA.
