Kforce Announces Credit Facility Expansion


TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kforce Inc. (Nasdaq:KFRC), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, today announced that it has entered into a Third Amendment to its current credit facility with a syndicate of banks led by Bank of America and also including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase and BMO Harris Bank. The amended credit facility increases maximum borrowing availability to $170 million, with an accordion feature to increase the capacity by $50 million. As amended the facility matures in December 2019.
