Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-12-23 16:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 23 December, 2014, City Service AB (hereinafter – the Company) has signed an agreement on sale of AWT Holding UAB 25% shares. Currently Ecoservice group is owned by AWT Holding UAB, whose control and controlling interest – 75% belongs to BaltCap Private Equity Fund II, the remaining 25% share is in Company‘s possession.
The transfer shall be closed after authorization from Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania to control 100% AWT Holding UAB shares.
The Company shall announce more information on the transaction including the value of the transaction after its successful closing.
