A creditor has filed a bankruptcy petition at the district court of Stockholm for Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB (publ)

The CEO and the Board of Directors of Selena Oil & Gas Holding AB
(publ) have received a bankruptcy petition, filed at the district court
of Stockholm (Stockholms Tingsrätt). The petition has been filed by a
creditor and has relationship to an unpaid debt. It is the Board of
Directors opinion that the petition is unfounded and that Selena Oil
& Gas Holding is solvent.
