Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between December 22 and December 23, 2014 repurchased 704,093 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 40.27. This represents 0.94% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 74,132,975.
