Martela will publish three interim reports in 2015 and the valid dates are:
- January-March (Q1) on Wednesday 29 April 2015
- January-June (Q2) on Tuesday 11 August 2015
- January-September (Q3) Thursday 29 October 2015

MARTELA CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2015
Martela Corporation’s financial statements for 2014 will be published on Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
Three interim reports will be published in 2015:
- January-March (Q1) on Wednesday 29 April 2015
- January-June (Q2) on Tuesday 11 August 2015
- January-September (Q3) Thursday 29 October 2015
The Annual Report for the year 2014 will be published on Martela’s website during week 9.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 10 March 2015 at 15.00. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting on company’s website at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 7 January 2015 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.
